DoorDash driver confronts woman who falsely claimed her food wasn’t delivered. Goes back to the woman’s job and asks her why she falsely made the claim when she clearly gave it to her. Was the driver wrong for confronting her about this?

I mean literally going back to where she delivered this order? This could’ve turned ugly. I understand the driver is upset because now her job is on the line for this woman lying and saying she never got it but was there another way to go about this? I feel ppl take advantage of these drivers and it’s sad because these type of jobs automatically side with the customer and really don’t have any proof of the situation.
