Hcg didn't quite double..

My last pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage, and I got pregnant again right away, no period in between, so the doctor wanted to monitor my hcg levels until they reached 2,000. First hcg level was 184, 48 hours later it was 303. I'll be 5 weeks tomorrow. I'm so afraid I'm going to have another miscarriage. My symptoms are so minimal, almost nonexistent. I know they can come and go but before my miscarriage I lost all my symptoms and I'm just worried it's happening again. Did anyone have hcg that didn't double and everything be ok?
