So I’m the one stubborn idiot (I’m a Taurus) who despite all advice to the contrary decided it would be easier to self administer PIO shots to my thighs than to my upper buttocks. After 5 nights of injections, walking is a struggle and my legs hurt constantly.

I want to switch to the butt shots but I’m not sure how I can give it to myself safely. How do you pull the skin taught and inject at the same time? How do you see what you’re doing?

Something’s gotta give but I have no idea how I’m gonna do this tonight. Any self administration tips will be much appreciated. HELP! ! ! 😭
