Why does one have an apostrophe and done doesn’t when the De is serving the same function? 
I would just do Andre and Aaron. Or Deandre and Aaron. DeAaron definitely doesn’t flow.

I find them too similar. I think you would accidentally wind up calling out the wrong one all the time! Also they are going to be defined as a twin constantly in their childhood and in school, it might be nice for them to at least feel like they have their own identity in their name.
