Disappointed

I don’t know what to do to get pregnant. Everyone around me is getting pregnant on their first month trying.. I have been off of birth control (IUD) since May, tracking my ovulation and having sex all the time during my fertile window hit every month a negative. My cycles are typically 26-30 days long. I’m so sad seeing everyone else getting pregnant. Any advice? How can I get pregnant quick? What do I. What do I need to do?
