Bleeding at 4-5 weeks pregnant

I just found out the other day that I’m pregnant. Then I started bleeding a little bit it’s not very heavy and no cramps or anything like that. I took a test the morning I woke up bleeding and it says positive. I had a miscarriage last October, and it doesn’t feel or look like that. I just didn’t know if this was normal or not. The blood is red but starting to turn pink. Here’s a picture of the test. Could someone tell me that this is normal and I’m just being paranoid 🙈
