Refusing naps?

Anyone else’s baby refusing to nap or even sleep? The closest we’ve gotten today was a 10 minute nap today before staying awake for 4 hours going on right now lol. This 6 month regression, growth spurt , leap or whatever is going on is really getting to us right now 🙃😫

We’re sort of going through this. We’ve done all the takin care of babies recommendations and tried longer wake windows, shorter wake windows, feeding to sleep, feeding when awake, watching cues you name it. Some days we get 1-2 hour naps and then today we get 20-30 minute naps. I give up

Mine was like this but then we decided to formally sleep trained and it completely changed him for the better!
