Has anyone gotten a breast reduction?

I have always felt so insecure about them and have been thinking about getting a breast reduction. If anyone has any input, comments or stories pls comment!

My cousin got hers done and felt so much better afterwards. She was a 32J pre-surgery (which was my size pre-pregnancy so I got a ton of free bras lol). I’m currently a 36M and have considered it but at the moment I don’t have any plans to go through with it.
