Ask your doctor not random people. There is 100% chance your doctor will tell you no for several reason so don’t just go based others “success” stories. Just because some babies came out “fine” doesn’t guarantee every babies fate.

I don’t feel like smoking anything (natural or not) is ever a great idea while pregnant.
But yes some people still have healthy babies and some have underweight or smaller babies with health issues.
It’s a risk you take.

I did the beginning of my pregnancy. I did quit once I got into the second trimester. I was having awful anxiety and morning sickness. But my doctor did not recommend it and from my research it doesn’t hurt them in the womb, but can delay growth later in life. Wasn’t worth it to me any longer. But I can’t wait to pop this kid out and smoke again

Consult your doctor. There is medication you can take but a girl I went to school with got the okay to smoke a couple hits for bad nausea. Not something I would do but if your doctor is okay with it than whatever. But I wouldn't go and do it without consulting the doctor

They haven’t studied marijuana use in pregnancy so I wouldn’t; try unisom (1/4 tab) and b12- that should help with the nausea. If not, ask your doctor to prescribe something
