Nuchal hand

My son was born in July with a nuchal hand. We didn’t realize this until I started pushing but it was a very long and difficult labor, over 36 hours. I was eventually transferred to the hospital from the birthing center because my contractions were too close together and my baby’s heart rate was not bouncing back after contractions. This was my first birth and I’m wondering if I will have an increased chance of experiencing the same thing with subsequent births. Has anyone else had their babies born this way and did all of your births have the same fetal presentation?
