Pregnant on iud?

A little backstory. I got the kyleena BC back in August when my son was a month old. Lately I've been experiencing the exact symptoms I did when I find out o was pregnant with my son last November. I've been having migraines, back aches, nausea and vomiting, food aversions/cravings and it's like I'm in the nesting stage of pregnancy again. And over the last month I've been having a recurring dream that I am having a baby girl, and I've been having the urge to shop for girl items even though I have a baby boy. I probably sound crazy because there's a 0.1% chance it could happen, but this is exactly how it happened last year. My fiances family has a long history of the men getting their SOs pregnant even on the pill and IUDs. Idk if I'm being paranoid or if something is going on.
