So I’m 3 days postpartum I have a NICU baby I haven’t been able to hold her alone feed. I’ve been trying to pump every few hours and I woke up and my boobs are rock are solid and filled. I thought I’d be getting more out of them and I’m not getting as much as I think I should. Like first day or so I was getting enough to fill a small layer of the bottle and today this is what I got.

On both sides... I’ve been pumping for 10 minutes and my boobs are still rock hard solid. I even turned on the shower so my bathroom would steam up a little and still. I thought that they would fill and then I would pump or feed and the pressure would go down a little... I didn’t expect completely but this feels wrong but also first time mom so I have no idea!? Can someone help me? And give tips?
