Anyone have teething mild fevers?

Ever since early Monday morning, little one has had a mild fever off and on. She’s my third so  we didn’t panic and started her on meds because it looks like she’s about to get her first teeth. I was just wondering if anyone else little one has their first teeth yet and how did baby deal with it?

I’ve always read that teething doesn’t actually cause a fever, just warm/red cheeks! Mine have never had fevers with teething anyway!

I know they say that teething doesn’t cause fevers, but both my girls have gotten fevers right as their truth are cutting through the gums...no other symptoms

My son had 102.7 fever all night the day before his tooth broke through. With his second tooth it was around 100 the day before it broke through.

🙋🏽‍♀️ we’re teething! Though we haven’t had a fever, it appears we have everything else. 
I don’t even know what is or isn’t teething related anymore. 
First she was suuuuper snotty and congested. Then that seemed to migrate into a cough where you could tell there was mucus. But here’s the kicker, she’s the only baby at daycare with it. She eats normally and is happy and has passed the daily fever check to get in the door. My husband and I only work from home and only leave for one of us to go to the grocery store or a walk outside.
Oh and a diaper rash randomly popping in and out? 
So who knows what’s going on at our house anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️
