Any ideas on what this could mean

I went to the doctors yesterday and told her everything that was happening. I thought I found a lump on my chest because it started hurting and being sensitive I did a home breast exam and probably just over thinked it, but then 2 days ago they both started hurting and being very sensitive to the point I wanted to take my bra off and the pain has gone away a little. I have been very tired, moody, have headaches, nauseousand very sensitive to smell (to the point I couldn't stand near the fish at the grocery store) and peeing a lot more. The doctor had me take a test and kept looking at it weirdly and told me it might just be to early and to  take another test in a week.. I have no idea what to think. Does she think I am and it wasn't reading correctly or should I be ok?
