Just want opinions!

I’m 6 days late for my period and we have been TTC for 9 months now. Have been super sick 24/7 the past couple days and have had a lot of white discharge (more than usual) have had some light cramping once in awhile but not to often. Today is day 6 and I had a pregnancy test under my sink and decided to test it. I will be getting more and testing again in a couple of days but wanted to see if anyone else thought I was pregnant?
