second trimester
So i am currently 16 weeks & 5 days & i find it incredibly hard to fall asleep & STAY asleep recently. I know things change in the second trimester but omg lol I’m exhausted at work constantly looking for energy & strength to finish out the day , another thing I’m having headaches out the ass ! Nothing I’ve experience before anyone have any recommendations to help ?? I’m not an fan of taking meds pregnant so anything natural 🤍
