Should I wait until I’m late or test?

I been having irregular periods since I stop taking clomid and Letrozole I had some spotting on November 26 cd 12 , December 4th cd 20 and December 10 cd 26 just been brown and milky so I don’t know if I should count that as a new period I haven’t test because I just want to wait a little more because if I see negative i be so emotional 😭. My period was on November 15 -21 I honestly don’t know if I ovulated I have PCOS.
