General question

So this is a general question maybe someone has experienced and got through...? My last menses was 11/10 I had my IUD removed last month on the 19th which caused me to have a second menses on the 21st so now I’m not sure if I’m

6days late for my menses or if my cycle had changed but yes fiancé and I are trying to conceive I took a test about a week ago that was negative so my assumption is that if I am it was too early to test or if I am not then what’s happening to my menses... ANYONE who can help?
