Possible blighted ovum

Is it possible to get pregnant after a miscarriage and blighted ovum ?? I went to the doctors for my 9 weeks check up and they seen just a sac, they took blood work but I won't get the results till tomorrow. But I don't even want to get my hopes up. I'm so upset, I don't know what I did at all. Anyone ever experience a miscarriage then a blighted ovum and had a healthy pregnancy afterwards??
