I had a very fast delivery, 4 hours start to finish, so my milk was a little delayed which caused baby to suck harder trying to get anything she could out, which resulted in cracked nipples. anything I can do to help? I use breastmilk & cream the hospital gave me but they hurt so bad! I've pumped a bit too to hell give my breasts a bit of a break since she has such a strong latch but I dont want to use bottles too much she's only 4 days old & don't want her to get dependent on the bottle! any help mamas! she has a good latch, angle belly button to belly button, I've done all of my research & still feel like I'm doing something wrong 😭
