Leg pain at 20 weeks

Hey ladies, has anyone ever had leg pain at 20 weeks. With my first pregnancy I would get leg cramps at night. With this pregnancy my legs hurt me the moment I wake up. It’s like my knees and up that hurt. More so my thigh area, but my lower legs hurt as well.

Any suggestions?
