Excessive Need to Pee - 16 Weeks

I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant and I have the urge to pee literally CONSTANTLY. It doesn’t go away. Even while I’m peeing, the feeling of a full bladder doesn’t go away. I’m going between 30-40 times a day at this point and never get relief. I’ll spend up to an hour at a time sitting on the toilet and only little trickles come out. I’ve already been tested for a UTI and it was negative. I always lean forward when I pee too and it still doesn’t provide relief.

Ive had the urge to pee frequently since my first trimester, but I would at least feel relieved for a few minutes at a time after I went . This is different. I NEVER feel like I don’t have a full bladder. What could it be? Helllllp 😭
