If you ask your baby where a specific animal is or where a certain color is in a book do they get it right?

We can do a lot of animals but not really colors yet (he’s getting red lately but that’s it ha)

I never tried I just been working on other things like body parts and teaching him other daily things so he can learn to communicate what he wnt/need I’ll intro colors first after those things followed by shapes and animals...

My son only became interested in books in the last couple months and doesn’t really point often when we ask, but he has like 100% accuracy in real life with food, clothing items, animals, his toys, kitchen tools, people’s names, etc. I point out colors but I don’t think he would hand me like a “red block” if I asked but maybe I should try and I’ll be surprised lol
