Needing a bit of advice

So I currently have the rod in and for the first year it was amazing, didn’t have my period at all but for about mid September I started spotting, I didn’t really think anything of but form the start of October I have just constantly been bleeding my mood swings have been all of the place the the cramps are just getting worse and worser. But I can’t decide on weather on going on to the pill or the Depo shot..... Which one do you with would be better??
