Bedtime struggles

Started about a month to two months ago. My son will go from happy and smiling until he sees the diaper and pjs after his bath. Then he screams as though just the sight of them burn him. Full hysterics. And it’s just a massive battle to get him dressed and settled for bed. I’m at such a loss. I feel like a shit mom and end up in tears many nights.

Bedtime used to be a dream but it has turned into a complete nightmare.

Anyone else? Any advice? I need help 😫
