Bleeding after getting fingered

So I have a question I would like to know if anyone can help me or tell me what it can be so the other day I was with my boyfriend at the movies and he fingered me and I started to bleed when I got home I noticed my pennies had blood spots and I don't ever get my period because I have Nexplanon implant the birth control. I had a baby almost 9 months ago and I haven't had sex or gotten touch that was the first time so does anyone know what it can be
