Nexplanon period

Hey there, I just got Nexplanon birth control not to long ago and I just got my first period since having my baby. Anyone experience bleeding more then 7 days? It started out light hardly any cramping and as the week went on a little more then spotting and red blood... it’s past 7 days now and it’s still going on plus more cramping. Im not sure if this is a normal thing on this birth control? I’m not sure if I should be concerned. ( I’m waiting to hear back from my OB, was curious to see other people’s experience.) thanks :)
