TSS ??

yesterday i slept in a little on accident so i had my tampon in a little longer then I was supposed to, before that I was getting sharp pains in my lower stomach

still getting those randomly, not often but yesterday throughout the day my left arm was really sore. now today i went to sit up and my abdomen was really sore too and stomach hurting. I do not have any other symptoms at all. could I have tss?
