Pink discharge?

I am 5 weeks and 4 days today. I didn’t not get implantation bleeding around my missed period like with my first. Today I went to the restroom and there was pink discharge in my underwear. But there was not pink blood or streaking when I wiped or at any other time. Has this ever happened to anyone? Like the actual discharge was pink colored, but nothing else.

I don’t want to freak myself out over this, but it took us over a year and a half to get pregnant with our first with medical intervention. This baby is a total surprise miracle after 2 months of no tracking at all and I’m just very stressed about it all.
