Want to be a mummy so bad.?!!

Hi I'm Kay, im 24 engaged with my partner 4 years nearly now. We've been trying to get pregnant for 3 years so I contacted my GP and was referred to a gyna, cut the story short I had a 10cm Cyst on my right ovary, was in pain a while too and sex was uncomfortable so no wonder.. I've recently had a laparoscopy to get it removed and I'm having a hsg on 7th December to check for blockages. My partner is away until may, I've never been pregnant so I'm hoping when he's home il concieve :)) is there any chance I will after my body going through hell???
