This normal?

I have asked this but didn’t have much response unfortunately. The first day of my last period was 5 November but the doctor said based on my scan I could have ovulated late. Are these normal? One on top is from ten days ago and the bottom one from today. Anyone know roughly how far along I’d be

From 3 to 5 weeks!  My ultrasound at the 4 weeks looks like your second picture!

You definitely could’ve ovulated late. I ovulated early so I always measure ahead.

It’s either a blighted ovum, which is where the fetus fails to form but your body hasn’t realized it yet so the yolk sack doesn’t miscarry; or you ovulated later and you’re not as far along as you think you are. 
I’d say make another app for a few weeks later to check your hcg levels I. Your blood to make sure it’s going up or get another ultrasound to see if you can see the baby. 
If you’re not as pregnant as you think, they next ultrasound or blood test should show signs that you are by then. If you have a blighted ovum, you may miscarry on your own, but you also may need to get a surgical procedure called a d&c, which will help the yolk sack be removed so you can try to get pregnant again.
