Threatened miscarriage

Hi everyone! Yesterday after when I went to the bathroom I saw thickish brown blood on my underwear.. but not red just brown! Went to the hospital because I was nervous and was told it’s was a threatened miscarriage! I had no cramping at all, and they said baby looks good and my numbers are good. I’m 6 weeks! Now this morning I went to the bathroom, no blood just what looks like coffee grinds in my CM? I heard that’s normal at? Let me know if you went through this :/ so scary not knowing.
