So for my birthday, I have a friend who has a house and I just wanted to do a bonfire, so he offered to have it at his house , he set it all up for me with the help of his parents as well. So everything was going fine keep in mind we’re friends , he likes me but I’ve been straight forward with him and told him I don’t like him as more than a friend and he’s well aware of it, so he took it upon himself to go thru my phone that night and he was upset because I had a text message with my guy friend from a month ago but he thought I was texting my friend that same night he was furious he kicked me out of his house and he was cursing me out. His parents think I’m ungrateful and I was wrong, but I don’t think so since I’m single, we’re not a thing at all and he invaded my privacy. He kept saying he did all this for me and I was “hiding” this from him when I kept telling him I wasn’t hiding anything since we aren’t talking or together. Am I wrong??
