How many women had implantation bleeding and were pregnant??

I started spotting 12 days before my period. I'm losing hope that I'm pregnant. How many women had implantation bleeding and were pregnant?

I did not.
Implantation bleeding is very very rare. Only 10-15% of women will have it.
Most women who claim to have had it most likely had ovulation spotting or early pregnancy spotting and automatically assume it’s implantation bleeding.

12 days before your period could have been ovulation bleeding. This occurs too. Implantation bleeding occurs closer to when your period is due

Spotting 12 days before your period isn't related to implantation. The embryo doesn't even reach the uterus until at least 5dpo, and then it takes a day or two or three to complete implantation. Usually, implantation bleeding occurs about 5 days before your missed period.
