I am going to be induced Wednesday 12/23 and I plan on having a natural birth with no epidural however this is my first baby so I don’t know how it will go.. just looking for some advice on breathing techniques and laboring in general and just had a quick question on how you labored like on your back or in a different position I heard you are able to switch positions but I don’t really know please help me I’m getting anxious just thinking about it ! 😭😭
