On a Facebook group I'm in, a lady just lost her super sweet, happy daughter a few hours ago. No explanation as to why, I'm assuming SIDS since she just suddenly went limp with no apparent cause. I'm crying and praying over my daughter who's only a few days younger than hers.

How do you handle the anxiety and utter grief coming from other people's SIDS stories? I didn't even know her personally, but boy am I grieving. It's so horrible and tragic.
