Swelling on C-section Scar and Elevated BP

Has anyone else had swelling along their previous c-section scar at this point in their pregnancy? It looked normal up until last night when I noticed there was a lot of swelling along my scar. My c-section was February 2019.

I was in L&D Friday night with a severe headache and elevated blood pressure. They found that I was having contractions every 3 minutes. Not big ones but they were still happening and consistent. They chalked it up to dehydration and started me on IV fluids. My BP came down while I was there and contractions stopped before leaving.

My BP was good until Saturday afternoon when it spiked back up to 159/88. It had been 140/110 on Thursday. My headache is still there. I'm drinking a ton of water to stay hydrated and taking tylenol for the pain but it doesn't seem to help. They said my bloodwork came back ok and there was no protein in my urine. And then the swelling started along my scar.

I've messaged my doctor last week when the issues started about all my concerns but haven't heard back. I do have an appointment tomorrow afternoon. Hoping to get some answers.
