Please don’t go to the ER for that. That’s not an emergency. You can go to either your family doctor or your OBGYN. I’d go to your OBGYN. Your regular doctor can confirm it but they will more than likely refer you to your OBGYN anyway once it’s confirmed.

You can call your obgyn to get a confirmation blood test or your family doctor. You will have to call your obgyn no matter what if you are pregnant so I would try and start there
