Weight loss exercises/ tips?
So I just had my daughter in October and before I was pregnant I weighed 180 and am 5'7 at the end of my pregnancy I weighed 205 now I weigh 197 and would like to get down to 150 by August or September at the latest since I'm getting married in October and would like to look and feel my best and have the confidence in myself that I haven't had in years. Any tips or exercises would be much appreciated. Also my fiance is an ass man so any successful exercises you guys have for me to make my butt look great would be awesome.
