Losing weight tips

So I haven’t been doing so hot this year and since quarantine my depression has increased (if that makes sense). Along with that, my hair has been falling out like crazy. I’m assuming because of all of the junk/processed foods I have eaten and the stress I have been under, I’m just crumbling.

I want to get back in the groove and eat healthier again. I used to weigh 130 in the beginning of everything, but now I weigh 166. I don’t like my body and I want to be more comfortable in my skin again.

I want to know what tips, recipes, and exercise routine that helped you lose weight. Thank you❤️
