Do I confront her?

So my husband and I have been TTC for 10 months now. My mother-in-law knows we have been trying, but all of her children were accidental pregnancies, so she really can’t understand or relate to our experience; which is 100% fine. Well she was asking my husband the other day if we are expecting yet. We get sick of that question but try not to think too much about it. He just said no. She then went on to say that she thinks we have fertility issues because I was on the Depo shot for several years. I was on depo over 10 yrs ago so I do not believe this is a cause of fertility problems but really felt hurt by this comment. It felt like she was blaming me for us not conceiving yet.

Additionally she was telling him that I needed to stop tracking my cycles with ovulation strips because I was “stressing” about it too much. I haven’t been stressing too much, and she only knows I have been tracking because she saw the strips under our bathroom sink. Should I even bother talking to her about how these comments are more hurtful than helpful? And if so, how?
