So I am a little over 5 weeks pregnant. With my son the tender breasts were so bad but this time I don't seem to have any signs except the little twinges and cramps here and there. I'm just more curious of anyone who has had multiple pregnancies could it be normal for the breast soreness to come and go or not exist (my nipples get slightly sensitive sometimes). I am also breastfeeding still.

TIA my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage and I'm trying to get out of my head. My breasts were so sore for that pregnancy too.
