Potty training regression- 2.5 yr old

My daughter has been mostly potty trained since about a month after she turned 2. She would still have some accidents, but she has been underwear for almost half a year now. She still hadn’t really progressed to telling us that she had to use the bathroom, we would just take her semi-regularly. A couple months ago she started realizing that she was starting to pee, would stop herself, and then tell us she had to go.

Well recently (last 3 weeks or so), she’s been having daily or multiple times daily accidents, where she pees herself a lot. We’re forced to have to take her to the bathroom again every 2 hours. And she’s not even realizing when she’s wet.

Help! Any advice please! We’re very frustrated.
