Bad newborn schedule HELP

So my 2 weeks old just got home from the nicu. I’m exhausted and frustrated. At night she is up from 10p-6a she just eats and eats. Like 3-6 oz per feed and we normally give her about 2-3 oz. but during the day she sleeps. Like for 3+ hours and after like 4-5 hours I wake her up to change and eat and she won’t eat. I tried to feed her at 1 and she ate like a 1/4 oz or so and then my husband tried to feed her again at 2 and she won’t eat. Last night we tried to keep her up and tire her out. We gave her a bath thinking that would tire her out... didn’t. I read somewhere to teach her awake and asleep cues. So when I get up to change her I turn the light on to show her day time. And then when we are getting ready to sleep again I turn down the lights and play white noise. I’m a first time mom and I have no idea what I’m doing. But we’re exhausted. 😖🥺
