Bladder leaking?

So three times over the last 30 minutes i have peed/soaked my panties and shorts just when im laughing. Does anyone else have this happen to them this often? Its not just a little, it soaks me.

There is a lot of pressure on your bladder at this point and your pelvic floor muscles are likely weak. Although this is common, if it continues for months post partum (>3 months) look into a pelvic floor physical therapist.

I’ve leaked when laughing but if you’re soaking yourself, try using the washroom more often do your bladder isn’t as full
