Should this be happening?!

Okay so iam 5 weeks pregnant and this is my first time and well yesterday I just spotted a little bit like barely any and then today I started spotting again and then right now I went to the bathroom and I was bleeding like only when I pee I bleed. What is going on someone help me bc I haven’t told my mom or anyone and iam scared.

I spotted between 5 and 7 weeks due to a haematoma but it wasn’t a lot
I had bleeding when I peed with my ectopic, I’d honestly go to the ER just in case

I would call tour doc to see what they recommended. Unfortunately if it is a mc whether you do or don’t go to er they can’t stop it. If you are having a lot of bleeding then go. I had bleeding week 6-9 but I had a suchorionic hematoma. Wishing you the best.
