Fetal Pole but not Heartbeat!

Is there hope?

I'm technically supposed to be 7+6 weeks based from last Period.

But measured 6+2 with no heartbeat, which makes it possible on the week of my Ovulation something happened. A week after I had Implementation spotting.

last week measured 5+5 days with empty sac. My Doctor isn't very positive because he says me dates are really off but still waiting it out. according to him at this time we should be seeing an embryo with heartbeat.

He's got me prepared for miscarriage.
