My son has been a champion breastfeeder since he was born. He just turned one month and all of a sudden he doesn’t want to latch properly and then he complains while at the breast. I’ve also noticed my breasts are really engorged again like when my milk came in so I suppose that could be the reason (harder to suck on a big balloon). Just wondering if this is at all common and/or if there are any tips to get through this (which I’m hoping is a short phase).

I’ve done a little bit of pumping and feeding to ease up while also persisting with the latching... that’s the only remedy I could come up with on my own.
