GOT MY INDUCTION DATE!

Went to my 38 week appointment today and my Dr said I’m almost all the way thinned out but no dilation yet. He said my body is doing a lot better than I think it is, he said he would be surprised if I’m not exactly where I need to be next week.

I get so frustrated with the cervix check appointments just because I feel like I’m not progressing. I spend all week crampy and exhausted doing everything I can to help my body along and then they tell me I’m still just thinning. Frustrating.

So he asked me if I I would like to be induced. I had thought about it and was hesitant, but not against it. So he said he will see me back next week for my 39 week appointment and if I haven’t had her by then or dilated far enough to be admitted then he will induce me! So our induction date is tentatively scheduled for the 7th!! 💗 I’m hoping she decides to come before then, but at least I have a countdown now! 9 days or less! Our last weekend without our little love! It’s finally happening!
