When did you announce your IVF pregnancy to immediate family?

Hello!

Hoping to get some answers from you ladies to settle some of my anxiety. I’m 8 weeks today and have had 3 ultrasounds so far and everything looks great, baby is growing right on plan and has a strong heart beat. My husband and I discussed announcing to his parents and brother on New Years because my brother in law leaves out of the country the next day and won’t be back until I’m about ready to pop. I feel confident in this pregnancy but still so scared, I wish I could’ve had a scan this week but clinic is closed so I won’t have a scan until Jan 5th :( I’ve had one previous miscarriage from my first FET last year, of a PGS tested embryo... so I know it’s a risk but I also want to show some faith in my little jelly bean.

If any of you chose to announce between 6-8 weeks please let me know how it went for you 🥰
